downloadable version availability?

I have found this site/application a really helpful tool for various personal studies over time, is there anywhere already, or could there be made available, a downloadable version for local use in the event of unavailability of the networked version? (For maximum utility would also require hosting the dictionaries it links to, but I believe those are downloadable.) thx
